1. What are your services?
We work as marketing consultants and can work with your marketing department
on problem solving, strategic planning, and implementation of specific projects
or we can act as a stand-alone marketing communications department. Companies
without a senior marketing communications position within the company often
contract our services, essentially outsourcing the function. By doing so, they
get top-level experience without adding to headcount, and pay only for the
time and services desired. If needed, we have excellent external creative resources
(copywriters, illustrators, artists, etc.) to outsource any marketing communication
element you may require. No markups are taken on outsourced services—in
fact, you pay the providers directly--and you pay Visionaire Marketing only
for the time we are involved in managing and directing projects on your behalf.
Working as representatives of your company, we negotiate with external resources
on your behalf. Since Visionaire Marketing has no financial incentive to use
any specific provider, our only motives in selecting external providers are
to ensure you get both the best quality and best price.
2. Do you replace an ad agency or PR firm?
We offer a full array of marketing services for our clients. We don’t have a bias for a particular marketing medium, such as advertising or PR. Instead, we evaluate each client’s needs and make recommendations for the ones that our experience tells us will achieve the best results in the marketplace.
3. Why do we need your services?

4. Can’t we just do it ourselves?
The very best marketing communications result from a collaboration between
the company and its agency. With years of experience with outstanding successes,
we know what works and what doesn’t. When working with external providers
or agencies, we act as a representative of your company, evaluating costs,
giving direction and challenging and motivating the creative team to provide
outstanding results.
5. What steps would you take to get started on our business?
Any good communications plan must be firmly grounded in research. We start
by conducting research to gain an in-depth understanding of your company,
products and competition. We accomplish this through discussions/interviews
with key personnel in your company, studying written information you provide,
and often by going straight to your customers. Whenever possible, we like
to travel with one or more of your sales reps.
