About the name:
Leonardo Da Vinci’s life and work inspired the name, Visionaire
Marketing. As a sculptor, painter, scientist, engineer, architect and inventor,
Da Vinci truly defined the period of the High Renaissance, using what he termed
as “sight and insight” in his work. His greatest aim was to convey
the soul of his subjects through his art. Nowhere was this better demonstrated
than in his masterpiece paintings, The Last Supper and Mona Lisa. He was, by
anyone’s measure, a man of great vision, a “visionaire.”
What does all this have to do with marketing? Outstanding marketing uses sight
and insight to effectively communicate the benefits of the products and services
a company provides. Taking the product or service and “painting a compelling
picture” with words and art is the business of Visionaire Marketing. Helping
clients identify and create their vision and instill it in the target audience
is what Visionaire Marketing is all about.

About the founder:
Alice Coram, MBA, is the founder and president of Visionaire Marketing. Coram
brings 16 years marketing experience and offers expertise in developing effective
campaigns targeted to both practitioners and consumers. Her broad base of experience
includes print and broadcast advertising, direct marketing, package design, issue
management and public relations. Coram’s award-winning work includes two
TV campaigns that achieved the coveted silver and gold Effie awards, and she
personally directed the PR campaign that achieved the highest publicity ever
attained for a veterinary pharmaceutical: over 1 billion media impressions. Prior
to forming Visionaire Marketing, Coram held senior marketing positions at both
Ciba/Novartis Animal Health and Blue Ridge Pharmaceuticals.
